McClung meets Grijalva...the battle of philosophies begins

On September 4, Grijalva in the Arizona Star, actually said something I agreed with completely. He said, "We're not just running against a Republican in our district, we're running against a philosophy." His philosophy being liberal-progressive and mine being conservative. On Labor Day Representative Grijalva and I met for the first time and shook hands. He spoke first at the outdoor education event (probably 95% Democrat) and I followed. Some people said, I got more applause than him. I do know, I got some nasty looks during my 2 minute speech. On Tuesday Grijalva gave his beginning of his campaign speech with less than 100 people in attendance. A hour later I was interviewed by channel 11 near my Tucson home. There again my philosophy of smaller government to his of big government was spotlighted. Remember, Grijalva wanted the public option in Obamacare. Today I had my first forum with Grijalva in front of the Arizona's Republic editorial board. Needless-to-say, it was obvious who they were for. I guess that means they are not endorsing me for the general! Please join me in this battle of philosophies - by donating and/or volunteering to my campaign.
